What is often involved?

As most UK funerals don't require repatriation, it can be hard to make sense of what additional steps need to be taken. A. Cain can take care of everything to bring your loved one home, including:

Flights and transportation for the recently deceased
Liaising with District Coroner to arrange for Out of England death certificate
Speak with local and international authorities, embassies and consulates
Contacting handling agents
Arranging English translations of the death certificate
Preparation of the deceased to airline requirements
Coffin/casket preparation for flight: this involves coating it in zinc or a similar material
Providing flight trays and wrapping
