As members of the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) we are able to put you in touch with an experienced, qualified bereavement care specialist, who can provide advice, support, or just act as a friendly voice to talk to. Whether you want to discuss your loved one, funeral worries, matters of faith, or anything else related to the loss of your loved one, SAIF Care is there to support you.

This service is 100% confidential, free of charge, and available to anyone over 18 who has come to A. Cain.

How to access SAIF Care

SAIF Care can be accessed in a couple of different ways:

By calling their freephone helpline, on 0800 917 7224. Lines are open Monday-Friday, 09:00-21:00. Their friendly, supportive helpline staff are available through their helpline to offer information, advice and a listening ear.
