Choosing a special piece of music is a great way to make a funeral service that little bit more personal to you and the rest of the family. We can organise for the chosen music to be played either by the church’s organist or by CD player. The same applies at the crematorium.
All we ask is you give us as much notice as possible so we can contact the necessary parties with your request. On very rare occasions when the music is not known or can’t be found by the organ player you will have to provide the sheet of music.
All crematoria are fitted with top of the range digital sound systems so can play CD’s throughout the service. In the majority of churches now it is the same. However we do recommend letting us know as soon as you can so we can confirm with the church that they do have the equipment needed.
In regards to the music you pick if it is easy to get a hold of commercially we will be more than happy to help put the CD together. If there is some more obscure personal songs we would request that you provide a copy on a disk. On the same disk we also ask for it to be marked what the song is and at what point you would like it to be played. Don’t worry if you are not too sure we can help pick the best time together when we speak.
We provide a professional service to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year, which begins as soon as you contact us and often extends far beyond the day of the funeral. Don’t hesitate to contacts if you have any questions in regards to our funeral services. Our telephone number is 0800 025 7048.
